Academic Profile
Dr. Golam Moinuddin was a research scholar at the Centre of Persian and Central Asian Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He has completed his M.A, M. Phil. and Ph.D. from the same Centre. He has worked on “Symbolism in Asrar-i-Khudi” for his M. Phil. dissertation and on “Decoding the Secrets of Khudi and Bekhudi of Muhammad Iqbal” for his Ph.D. thesis. He has attended a refresher course of Persian language and literature in the University of Shiraz, Iran in 2011. He has presented papers in conferences and seminars in India and abroad.
He was a visiting faculty of Persian in the Centre for Study of Foreign Languages, School of Humanities in University of Hyderabad since January, 2015 till 13th March, 2017. At present he is an Assistant Professor of Persian in the Department of Persian in Maulana Azad College, Kolkata since March, 2017.
